Wiremesh-ProTec manufactures filtration medium for all conceivable applications with different filter media, finenesses, designs and sizes. We use metal wire mesh, sintered metal wire mesh, metal fiber nonwovens, perforated or laser-cut perforated plates, slotted screens and plastic mesh.

The various filtration medium are always tailored specifically to the application and filter system. When designing them, we pay attention to maximum dirt retention volume and low pressure losses. We also take into account the reusability of a contaminated filter medium. The structure of the filter medium and the filter medium selected for the application are chosen so that the filter medium can be cleaned easily and frequently or, depending on the filter system, can be backwashed.

Metallic filter media are often used in industrial applications, but they must be precisely matched to the actual filter system and the respective process. The desired filtration result is not the only thing that needs to be taken into account when making a selection: Service life and load capacity are also taken into consideration.
